Yesterday, I bought the new Nike Free TR Fits in black, similar to the ones i have, yes.

but trainers.  since you know, i started insanity today.  not insane on the first day, but it is pretty difficult.  i think what makes it easier is that it is shorter than my normal workout.  i think it's much harder to go for a hard 45 min run.  but i'll be pretty sore tomorrow espesh in the inner thigh region.  oww.  waa.  oww.
